Utility bills, Business Licenses and General Billing invoices may be paid here. Parking tickets cannot be paid on-line at this time. (But keep checking back!)
Click "Register" to sign up for a new account (only required for access to Utility Billing)
To link your Utility Account, click "My Account" at the top right of your screen. Then select "Link Account" under the Utility Billing Account option. You will need your Utility Account number and your Customer Identification Number (CID). If you don't have those, contact us at UtilityBilling@citystaug.com.
Visit the "Resources" area at the top right for 1) Current Water and Sewer Rates, 2) Information about setting your account for automatic bank drafting, 3) Applications for Service, and 4) Application for a new Use Permit.
